No-Return, No-Exchange Policy
At Desert Ink Press, we take pride in offering high-quality books and products that celebrate Indigenous, multicultural, and bilingual stories. Each item is carefully handled and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Because of the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the integrity of each item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Before You Order
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, book details, and images carefully before making a purchase.
If you have any questions about a title, language edition, or other product details, please contact us before placing your order at dipinfo@booksforclassrooms.org. Our team is happy to help ensure you choose the right item.
Lost or Missing Order
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your tracking number. We’ll help you file a claim or investigate with the carrier.
Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Desert Ink Press is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Return and Refund Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date and provide notice as required by applicable law.
